Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24-48 hours of receiving your product.

The deadline for canceling an order is before it has shipped!

36 hours from the date you've received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. It is up to you to call in to cancel by submitting a refund request. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 business days

  • The goods are in the original packaging, and hasn't been tampered with.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and tractable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
ALL WIGS & HAIR BUNDLES - CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

#1. Please inspected your purchase thoroughly before leaving the store or receiving your order. via shipping or delivery.

#2. Once you've received your product via mail, delivery or pickup in store, you now have up to 48-hours from the time that you've received your purchase to submit a inquiry (concern or missing items). After 48-hours this order will be closed and no further action is deemed necessary for failure to comply to our return/exchange policy.
If it's not important enough to thoroughly inspect with the 48-hour window, it shouldn't be deemed important enough to reopen your case due to failure to comply.

THERE'S A NON-REFUNDABLE COST OF $40 PER BUNDLE FOR CUSTOM COLOR OR CLIP-INS. AND THERE'S A NONREFUNDABLE STARTING COST OF $125 FOR A CUSTOM WIG CREATION. IF IT'S OUR FAULT, WE'LL SIMPLY RECOLOR, OR RE-SERVICE YOUR PRODUCT, BUT THE SERVICE FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AS SERVICES ARE ALREADY BEING RENDERED. IF WE CREATE A WIG THAT YOU DO NOT LIKE BECAUSE OF THE HAIR SELECTED, (WHICH IS NO FAULT ON THE CREATION OF THE WIG), THE WIG CONSTRUCTION IS THEN NONREFUNDABLE. IF WE USE YOUR HAIR TO MAKE THE WIG, THE SAME RULES WILL APPLY.

IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING YOUR CLAIM WITHIN OUR 48-HOUR WINDOW- PLEASE PROCEED TO NEXT STEP:
#3.RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE POSSIBLE AT THIS POINT. We will evaluate your case and handle it appropriately to first having the following:

* valid receipt; next, checking the date to make sure that it's within 48-hour receiving window. Next step: We'll inspect the packaging and hair to make sure that it's in it's original package when you received it. The hair should not be tampered with, or altered in any way, or this will automatically void a return option.

#4. After approving a return or refund; Normal processing window to receving payment back is about 3-5 business days depending on the speed of your credit institute and THERE IS NO WAY TO EXEDITE THIS PROCESS.

Now that you have all the details for returns/exchanges; please submit your inquiry to return/exchange if you qualify:
** If returns are no fault of our company, most orders are subject to $50 restocking fee. You must ship/bring package back at your expense.
**You have up to 48-hours to retrieve your package. We do not have extra space at the kiosk to store orders for long periods of time. Your order is subject to a $10 storage fee after we've advised that order is ready for pickup.

After we've called and emailed you to indicate that your order is ready for pickup, we expect a pickup within 48-hours.
We'll also advise how long it should take to make your product which is no longer than 3 business days and we always call to update followed with a email or text.
